Head to the Visalia Mall for activities, demonstrations, giveaways, emergency vehicles, stage presentations and food trucks all for kids. Free face painting, a balloon artist, and Tulare County Library Cat in the Hat Storytime will be on hand to entertain families.
Bring 4 canned goods and get 1 ticket per person to the Visalia Rawhides evening game that evening for the first 200 people.
