The Tulare City Historical Museum will be hosting its 35th Annual Tulare Student Art Show. THM is excited to be working together again with the Tulare City School District to bring this popular annual exhibition to the community. The exhibit will be on view from March 2nd–31st in the museum’s Heritage Art Gallery. The exhibit showcases the county’s gifted young artists from Tulare. Entries are judged by local artists, and select pieces receive a Best of Show award. Last year’s exhibit had hundreds of works of art submitted by elementary, middle, and high school students. An opening reception will be held on Thursday, March 2nd, from 4-5:30 p.m. The opening reception attracted over 300 attendees, who enjoyed free admission and refreshments.
