VISIT VISALIA TRAVEL ADVISORIES AND RESOURCES

California's Governor announced new travel advisory on November 13, 2020 regarding interstate travel. To read the advisory, please click HERE.

Governor Newsom and the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) announced that face coverings will be required in the State of California. CDPH's updated guidance mandates that face coverings be worn statewide. We kindly ask that you wear a face-covering while out exploring Visalia in instances that align with the guidelines. We welcome visitors to our city, and request that residents and visitors continue to practice safe physical distancing, wear a cloth face covering and follow public health directives. After fully implementing stringent safety protocols and procedures set forth to ensure the health and well-being of visitors, lodging establishments are excited to welcome you back.

UPDATE: (Nov. 30,2020) Forest fires no longer impact travel in the area but damage and remediation efforts have closed some areas of Sequoia National Forest.
