FOOTHILLS VISITOR CENTER
Stop by the Foothills Visitor Center just inside Sequoia National Park on Highway 198/Generals Highway, one mile north of the Ash Mountain Park Entrance. Explore exhibits on the Sierran foothills and purchase tickets to Crystal Cave!
Open daily, year-round. From October 1 to mid-March, hours are 9:00 am - 4:00 pm. From mid-March to September 30, open 8:00 - 4:30.
Amenities: local wilderness permits issued, bear canisters for sale or rent, accessible restrooms, pay phone, and first aid
