We look forward to welcoming you to our destination. Visit Visalia believes that all visitors should explore our city and nearby amazing national parks with confidence knowing they are welcomed with compassion, kindness and understanding. Visalia, California prioritizes accessibility and inclusion for our visitors.

Our tourism partners, hospitality businesses and civic entities are working to ensure that our destination is the perfect destination for your next vacation and want you to travel with confidence.

Most recently, Visit Visalia earned its certification as a Certified Autism Center, the first Destination Marketing Organization in California to do so, and many of our partners are working towards this same certification. This bold initiative is a proud expression of the openness that is inherent to Visalia and demonstrates the powerful impact of an entire community coming together to make all travelers feel welcome.

In the nearby Sequoia & Kings Canyon National Parks, travelers with all abilities are encouraged to visit. Through the Parks' video series, travelers can see what the parks have in place to assist visitors. These videos are available to watch in the link below.

We look forward to welcoming you to Visalia.
