Citrus Fruit Display and Tasting

Don’t miss out on this event if you’re a citrus lover! The Lindcove Research and Extension Center will be holding their annual Citrus Fruit Display and Tasting on Saturday, December 6 from 9 am-1:00 pm. This is a great way to sample some of your favorite citrus and even some you’ve never encountered. Bags of citrus will be available for purchase.

This family-friendly event is open to the public from 9 am to 1:00 pm on Saturday.  Your tastebuds will thank you with tangy and delightful varieties of citrus you may not have ever heard of and the familiar ones you have.

The event is located at 22963 Carson Ave in Lindcove. Take Highway 198 east to Mehrten Drive (approximately 15 miles) and follow the signs to the event.

Attendees can see and taste more than 100 citrus varieties that are grown at Lindcove Research and Extension Center including mandarins, lemons, limes, grapefruit, pomelos, and citrons.

Upon arrival, your group will wait inside the vehicle until directed to enter the parking lot.
